Nasiff Associates: Medical Equipment Customer Support Representative (Central Square)

POSITION: We are a growing Medical Equipment Manufacturer looking for a representative to handle support calls pertaining to the use of our
products. These questions cover three major areas which include installation, training and troubleshooting. The representative must provide
friendly, easy-to-follow guidance to our customers. More complex technical questions may require research and return calls. Our environment is
fast-paced and continually evolving. This person must be dependable, reliable and able to work in a team environment using interpersonal skills
to support both external customers and peers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•  Answer and troubleshoot technical product related questions from incoming calls
•  Make calls to proactively assist customers in their use of our products
•  Continually stay abreast of new products and technology

QUALIFICATIONS:
• One year or more customer service, or technical support experience  
• Basic ECG knowledge and experience a plus
• Demonstrated competency in Windows based environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Competency in Peachtree a plus
